Imelda Roland's

Imelda Roland's is a great tune that I learned very recently from the playing of concertina player Claire Keville. On the sleeve notes from her album with John Weir and Eithne Ní Dhonaile, Claire says that Imelda Roland's daughter told her that Imelda used to lilt this tune while boiling potatoes for the pigs and that the tune was made popular later by Joe Cooley and her brother Raymond Roland.
